The space

A charming rustic 100 year old Queenslander wrapped by large verandahs, allowing guests to soak up the views of the Sunshine Coast hinterland and interact with the wildlife. Air-conditioned for those rare hot days and a fireplace to warm on those chilly winter nights. For those wanting more, the property offers a large swimming pool, and self contained rustic converted shed/studio with billiard table, queen sized bed (sofa bed on request can be made up for bookings over 8 people),PlayStation, kitchenette and bathroom.

Guests have access to the cottage, pool and studio. The pool is situated between the studio and house and approximately 50mtrs stroll from the house to allow guests to spread out. The self contained studio offers kitchenette, additional bathroom, lounge area, billiard table and extra sleeping space. While Addison's Montville guests will not interact with any other guests it is important to note that the property also accommodates Addison's Baroon Pocket on the other side of the property with its own access.
